The Busy Woman’s Guide To Great Fitness

Many women today are very busy, and continue to push exercise to the side. Just because you may have an active work and family schedule does not mean your fitness needs to suffer. Luckily, there are ways for busy women to get into shape and stay that way. The following article contains helpful tips on how you can achieve great fitness on a tight schedule.

Plan a few hours each week to exercise. By committing yourself to just a small amount of time each week, you will be more likely to stick to your routine. It might even help if you write down your workout schedule, and put it on your calender just as you would any other appointment. Involve your family. You and your family can do many different physical activities together. Instead of watching sitting around watching a movie, go outside and play a game like basketball, soccer or volleyball or any other sport you like. You can also go on a family bike ride or take a hike at a local park. Find physical activities to do together as a family so that you can spend quality time with the ones you love the most, and get in a good workout, too.

Become a member of a local gym. By joining a gym, you are more likely to actually go. You don’t want to waste your money do you? Many gyms also have many different types of classes you can join. Classes are a lot of fun and are great for socializing with other busy women, and for getting a good workout in, too.

Get up earlier than normal and exercise before everyone gets up. You can workout in the peace of a quiet home and get your workout in before you start your busy day. An early morning workout will help give you more energy for your busy day, and it will help you feel good about yourself.

Sneak in a quick workout. Whenever you find an extra 10 minutes or so, do some cardio. You can take a quick walk or run, do jumping jacks or any other activity that gets your heart rate up. By doing a few quick 10 minute cardio exercises, it can equal a great workout for your day.

Make goals. Goals are very important to help you get to where you want to be. You can make both short term and long term goals. It’s crucial, though, to make sure your goals are realistic. Do not plan to run a 5K in two weeks if you have never run before. Also, do not plan on working out two hours each day if you know that is not possible. By making goals that are realistic, you are more likely to stick to your plan to reach your goals.

Spring Into Action

 

I love springtime.  There’s a zip in the air and a spring in our step.  I’m quite sure that even the bugs are dancing!  And I will confess that I get just as excited when I feel  the fallen leaves crunch under my feet in the fall!  But, I do love springtime.

New project time.   New hope time.  New life time.  A time when that little spark of desire for something new and spectacular is stretching and yawning, and peeking out from under what seemed like a long, cold  winter.

At my house the birds are peeking in our windows to see if we are home.  I’m not sure what they really want but I like to think they are popping in to say, “Hi, how are you?  I’ll be taking up residence  in that tree out front, if you please.  Oh, and if you don’t mind, I’d like to super size that bird seed order”.

We will never get the chance to live this spring again so how will you spend it?  How would you like to spend it?  Give that some thought!  Allow yourself to cultivate your dreams this season.  It feels great!

There are tools to help in every step of your Internet marketing plan, from email auto-responders to analytical tracking. Get your tools in place before a big marketing move, so that they are up and running when you need them to be.

5. Should you outsource? This is a personal question that only you can answer. Do you think that Steve Jobs was writing the marketing materials for Apple? Of course he wasn’t. If you hire professionals when you can, you make it easier to have a superior business. Think about sticking to what you do best and outsourcing the rest. It may cost a bit more, but you will be allowed to focus on building your business, which may pay off in the long run.

There are many reasons why people get into the MLM (Multilevel Marketing) industry. For some it’s a way to connect and contribute to a community of like minded people. You must consistently nourish relationships and bring in new team members, as they are the bricks that make up your strong foundation, and your leadership skills are like the mortar that holds the whole thing in place. Adding a new member to your team is like adding another brick to your wall but without mortar don’t expect the bricks to hang around.

Don’t be an SEO Villain: How To Avoid “Black Hat” Optimization

There is an entire ethical spectrum of practices that contribute to optimizing a website’s search engine performance. The less-ethical practices are labeled as “black hat SEO,” after the preferred headgear of Western movie villains. In contrast, above-board SEO techniques are called “white hat” practices. You want to make sure that your website is optimized with white hat techniques, whether you handle optimization yourself or leave it up to a consultant.

The real difference between black and white hat SEO is in the overall strategy that guides the optimization. Proper, ethical SEO is about enhancing the appeal of your site’s content to search engines and building legitimate links. Black hat SEO involves adding content for the sole purpose of inflating search engine ranking and installing links that are of no use to your visitors. Its effects on your search engine ranking can be powerful, but they are short-lived and carry great risks with them.

Black hat SEO is not a crime; it is at worst an ethical grey area. It is still a very bad idea to employ it with your website, though. Using these kinds of optimization techniques inflates your search engine rankings in a way that the engines themselves do not like. They try to rank sites by measuring their ultimate utility to the people who use their engine. More importantly for you, black hat techniques can be used on your site without your knowledge if you deal with an unethical SEO consultant. This is how the majority of black hat abuses occur; it’s important for you to steer clear of consultants that might fit you for a black hat without your knowledge.

Be very wary of SEO specialists who promise fast and dramatic results. There are few ways to produce such results without donning the black hat. A good SEO consultant should be talking about slow and steady rank enhancement, not instant conquest of the results page.
